Osaka, then back to Tokyo

On Thursday March 13, I had planned to go to Nara to visit the temples, but I woke up to pouring rain and very sore calves, so I figured a change of plan was in order. I borrow one of those famous clear umbrellas from my friend and went shopping in Namba. Omurice for lunch was delicious and pretty much just what I needed. (Omurice is pretty much what is sounds like: an omelette stuffed with rice.)

By the way, I apologize for the poor quality of pictures in this post. I took all of them with my phone.

On Friday morning, I packed up my suitcase again and left my friend's place to head back to Tokyo. I also did what most Japanese people do and bought a bento box from the station to eat on the shinkansen. :)

Back in Tokyo, I was hungry again, so I got my beloved Hayashi Rice for dinner. :9 I actually went back to the exact same restaurant than I did 3 years ago. It was just as I remembered it. :)

For the evening, I walked around interesting (and ever crowded) Harajuku.
